January Women's Ski and Snowboarding Retreat
Friday, January 23rd - Sunday, January 25th
Pagosa Springs, CO and Wolf Creek Ski Area
Looking for a group of girls to shred with? You found us! Come ride in the most snow in Colorado, sharpen your skills, grow your confidence, and spend the weekend surrounded by sisterhood.
Wolf Creek Ski Area is one of the only family owned resorts left in Colorado, and we will be staying just 20 minutes from the ski area in a large cabin. We will spend Friday evening getting to know one another, enjoying a home-cooked dinner together, and doing crafts by the fire. Saturday we will head up to the mountain to ski and ride at your own leisure. If you’re an early riser you can head up for first chair and if you’re wanting to relax you can head up later and purchase a half day ticket— very flexible as to what you want your weekend to look like and how hard you want to hit the mountain. Before the retreat is over we will be sure to go dip in the natural hot springs!
Meals and lodging are included in the price of registration.
Prices vary by room type:
The Single and Double (Shared) rooms are located together in the loft area of the cabin
The Double (Private) is a Double bed in a Private Room on the first floor
The King (Sleeps 2) is a King bed in a Private Room on the first floor**
The Queen (Sleeps 2) is a Queen bed in a Private Room on the first floor**
**Both the King and Queen rooms are able to be reserved for an individual or a pair for no additional cost!
Lift tickets will need to be purchased separately at the ski area.
There are rental shops on the mountain and throughout the town of Pagosa Springs if you need to rent any gear such as skis, boards, helmets, etc. If it is winter clothing (snow pants/gloves/etc.) you are in need of, email empoweredtoexplore@gmail.com to see how we can help!
